  1. How to follow my order and its delivery?

    At each step of your order, you will receive an information email: order confirmation, paiement confirmation, products sending notification.

    Anytime, you can access your order information, your returns and exchange information and many others from Your account.

  2. What are the returns and exchange/refund policies ?

    You may request the exchange or refund of items within 14 days following the delivery of your order. The socks must be returned in their original condition. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Sockalia cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Sockalia. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.

    If above conditions are fulfilled, we will either reimburse you (except the delivery costs) or proceed to the exchange.

    Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, Sockalia will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within one week of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card/bank account.

  3. How can I order the same socks I have ordered previously ?

    From Your account - Your orders, click on the icon located underneath the "Details" link of the order you would like to order again.
